sleepy.

i'm tired and sleepy and in need of a back massage from too-long-never-exercise syndrome.

went to play badminton with sec sch gang of friends at SIA sports club today. it was fun. as usual kept laughing. grace and i were observing some intra-group dynamics going on. yes, in sam's words, my scandalous group of friends and way too complicated. played for 3 hours! later went to bathe and airport fish and co. for lunch. yummy. :) so blessed to have such guilty pleasure trips 2 days before my 1st exam paper.

ohmannn...and today had family dinner. think i drank too much wine and chocolate-peppermint schnapps. sleepy. plus only slept 6 hours. and i have to study for 204! arrgghhhh..... i'm scared....

anyhow dinner was yummy. so i had a nice sunday. watched gilmore girls. so nice. but so complicated. sometimes i wish lorelai and chris would just get back together, but i like luke a lot too. so yah~ conflicted.

watched a new harry potter and the GOF trailer. it looks so damn nice! i wanna watchhhh.,... and i watched the memoirs of a geisha trailer too. looks real gd. i loved the book a lot. veryvery nice. zhang ziyi looks so pretty. michelle yeoh however looks totally unconvincing as a japanese to me.

my relatives tell me i've lost weight. ohman they must be blind seriously. its exam period. and this is a time where i put on weight due to the minimised movement, continuous snacking and where i sprout unpleasant pimples and eye bags. just ask sam how fat i am.

hate exams.

oh came across something really funny! i was surfing some reference websites while studying and came across this company which manufactures and sells ready made kit of mix of reagents for you to manipulate DNA and cut them up and whatnot. so u purchase 2 packages (at a discounted price!) and to top it off with a cherry, they're giving away a pack of BL2 competent cells! oh wow! free bacteria cells! hahaha~ must go tell my profs so they can go order it online for us to play.

i was real tickled. this is called geek shopping.

speaking of shopping. i'm still searching for a beautiful jacket! and affordable. the last one that caught my eye was $129, a really pretty black mango jacket. sigghh... oh and carlene's selling nice earrings! gogo see! link to her blog from my links. carlene dear, if u see this before tues, can i buy the turquiose ones? they're so nice! :)

still sleepy. no! must study! gonna go slap myself awake now. toodles.
