school's in. again.

i like my term break. =)

met up with joyce on thurs to catch up before she goes back to melbourne. had nice lunch/tea. really nice to talk to her again. she hasn't changed much that girl. still the same bubbly conversationalist. take care my dear girl hope i get to go melbourne for my exchange!

wed was slacking at home then to my secretariat comm meeting at tiong bahru plaza. strange place right. finalized details for my project. so far should be ok....*crosses fingers* then off to ministry of sound for hall se7ev's "suddenly bash". just a bunch of crazy hall people clubbing together in an already crowded club. was alright. somehow i had more fun clubbing there with grace joyce and sher. just us girls dancing and singing. but clubbing with hall friends are not too bad too. just danced the whole night away before getting so tired and tired of the crowds at the r&b room some of us went out and decided to go for supper at MS's bah kut teh stall. people who were there were huimin, kailian, PC, wayne, yehyang. that was quite fun. then made our way back to hall at 3.30am. slept at 5am. man i feel like such a party girl. but i'm not!

friday went to watch munich with ian. nice to catch up with him again. walked at the club21 apple shop at cineleisure. did i mention i love my ibook and ipod so much? heh but the macbook pro looks yummy. and that is one cool shop. after movie we went to eat at marche. then off to my top 6 meeting for wsc main comm. actually i feel quite close and bonded to the top 6. maybe we just have more meetings so we tend to know more abt one another.

i love watching the winter olympics figure skating etc. esp after my tiny brush with skiing in korea. so fun! wanna do it again.

yesterday was carlene's 21st bday chalet/bbq. had a good time just relaxing playing cards with my t4 dears. and playing truth/dare. hurhur. no drinks. so it was good. got to know each one a little bit more. happy birthday babe! thanks for the party. =)

well well. more plans for our aussie trip. complications arose but we quickly overcame them. sigh. just can't seem to understand how some people work and think. just me me me. me myself and i. me. ME. annoying.

more weekly trips to SIA sports club. nice time hanging out.

school's starting again. and this time, as usual, gonna be all mugging till exams come.

munich was a brilliant steven spielberg film. a suspenseful thriller that tugs at your heart with those emotional scenes of love and family. and it makes you think about how far we've come from 1972. or rather how non-far. today terrorists are still at large. doing their thing and killing innocent lives. nothing much has changed. everytime we get rid of one, another one takes over. when will it ever stop?

eric bana was good!! he was every part of our guy that leads a team of specialists to hunt down and kill those responsible for the deaths of the israeli althletes. he hunts them (aka. the Black September) all over europe. kills most by bombs. and in the end he killed 6 or is it 8 out of 11. while he was carrying out his mission he almost went insane. he struggled with the morals of what he's doing, being away from his family and finally the hunter being hunted and watching his team members get killed by those on the other side. his acting was good. actually better than good. =)

the technical parts of the film was just as top-notch. editing, cinematography, music! yes always one of my top criteria for a good film. some shots were done very artistically. i like. and of course, americans being americans, the last shot must be one of new york. with the twin towers. but i thought it was nice 'cos the cast was so multi-national. the language, the cities and the people.
